Our collaboration model is built around a working prototype, scope confirmed against real work, and steady ownership transfer. We keep scope visible and build systems that remain stable, maintainable, and easy to evolve over time.

Zero Vendor Lock-In. By Design. As a tech guild, our mission is education, not dependency. We build with open standards and, where reasonably possible, give you access to the source code and project materials, so you are never locked into working with us. You may stop the service and migrate the project yourself or hire another provider to do it. The goal is for you to stay because the service is useful, not because leaving is technically impossible.

Light Initial Conversation

A short exchange, usually LinkedIn, email, and your existing site, is enough to decide whether the project is a fit. Projects are accepted selectively.

Accepted projects begin with a working prototype built at no cost. It is a required step, so both sides can judge real work instead of an abstract brief.

Scope, Price, Then Build

We review the prototype together, the real scope becomes clear, and only then is the exact recurring price confirmed and full development begun.

The initial build includes up to 2 structured revision rounds before launch, then continues under ongoing hosting and technical care.
